Create Ring Group

A Ring Group is a group of extensions that rings when the call comes in to your DID. You can create multiple ring group like sales , support, billing etc.. Add extensions to appropriate departments.

This is very useful when you have multiple persons in same department and want to ring all extensions simultaneously or round robin.
